Kennedys signs Sheffield's most Significant office letting of the year
Kennedys has made its debut in Sheffield by acquiring some of the city's highest quality, best located office space at Sheffield Digital Campus.
Advised by Savills, the international dispute resolution law firm has agreed a new 16 year lease on prime Grade A office space totalling 16,720 sq ft (1,553 sq m). The deal was agreed off of a quoting rent of £20 per sq ft (£215 per sq m), maintaining rental levels for the city's best quality space at 2008 levels.

Comprising some 50,000 sq ft over five floors, Ventana House features the very latest in building design, and offers the most prominent and advanced office accommodation in Sheffield.
National commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) and Knight Frank are joint agents for the building.
